Maintenance : Georgina is looking for volunteers to help her organise maintenance.  There is a lot of work and organisation ongoing all the time, so VOLUNTEER contact Georgina.  Some of the tasks are listed below. If you could help complete one or more of these tasks it would be of great assistance. Give a little  of your time, it will help a lot.

Thanks to Caitriona Caulfield and Naomi Foley who are currently investigating updating our current stock of lifejackets and to Marie Lavin who has checked  SID's 3 First Aid Kits and is currently updating them.   A lot done more to do!

Dinghy sessions : There is large numbers attending the dinghy sessions especially on Wednesday night so it is important to book with the relevant organiser so that you won't be disappointed and turned away if there are no spaces available.  If members require further sessions or change to existing sessions why not do the leg work and determine who wants to attend and when, and then try to arrange a Captain, Vice Captain and Organiser.  Contact Carina for assistance (but she is about to go on a sailing holiday!)

Dinghy instruction : For next Mondays dinghy session we will have in attendance Peter Houlihan, who is an ex-SID member, a Glenans instructor, and fireball sailor to give some instruction.  It’s up to you to determine what you want him to cover.
